If someone like that told me it was every man for himself, that is the exact moment when my fist would start repeatedly hitting his face until it was no longer recognizable. I would take back the $200 in flesh from his body. Then I would hop on his scooter and ride away. I would leave him just barely conscious enough to hear me say "it's every man for himself motherf-cker!" as I rode away. Wow.
