So, for instance, if iTunes decides to change formats you can loose all your rights to the music you've bought. They can also decide what you can do with that content.

Example, to get make a song a ringtone for your iphone you're supposed to pay an extra 99 cents even though you technically already have the legal right to do whatever you want with that song as long as its for personal use.</description>
